Simple Rosemary Mashed Potatoes

Continuing along with the theme of a “15 Minute Thanksgiving Meal”, here’s how to make mashed potatoes in just a few minutes, along with a video I did for .

Microwave until cooked, about 6 minutes:

  • 3 to 4 medium red potatoes (600g)After cooking, cut the potatoes into small pieces that can be mashed with the back of a fork. Add and mash together:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (120g)
  • 1/3 cup milk (85g)
  • 4 teaspoons butter (20g)
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves (2g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (2 large pinches – 1g)
